How many types of cameras do you have?
We have Hikvision Brand, Dahua Brand and other security camera such as SIM Camera (4G). For the popular camera that people use the most is Hikvision because it is easy to use for company or warehouse.

How about the image resolution of your camera? Can you provide some details?
For the image resolution of the our camera, we will talk about the Hikvision brand as an example for you. The following is details of Hikvision our camera:
- Image Resolution HD 1080 (2MP)
- Image Resolution Full HD (5MP). -
Can I watch videos in the camera remotely? Is it necessary need Wi-fi?
It is necessary to have a camera with Wi-Fi connection because it allows us to see video activity or data stored from the past. By doing this, we can watch video activities remotely anywhere just by using our smartphone. In case you do not have internet or Wi-Fi connection, you can also watch videos with your desktop computer or smart TV that connected to the camera at your own location as usual. But for not using wifi or internet, we can not watch activities remotely anywhere like devices connected to Internet or wi-fi.

How about warranty?
We have 1 year warranty on the hardware like DVR of our cameras except for adapter.

Is there free delivery for both near and far locations? How much about delivery fee?
There are two scenario that we can detail as below:
- If you take the service as a package, whether it is Shipping, Travel, installation or food, we provide free service. This offer is for locations within Phnom Penh only.
- But if you are in the suburbs or in the provinces for camera installation, there is no charge, but we will charge for travel and food depending on your location. -
If my company wanted both a security camera and a network or Internet connection set
up, what devices
If you want our services both a security camera and network system, we can help you with our expert team. We provide the best quality network devices like unifi, mikrotik router, switch, camera to set up wifi and internet connection to your company. We also have other services such as fingerprint scanner machine installation that can help tracking your staff attendence and phone system installation to help you better communicate with customer and get the best result to hit your company goal.
